My sister has entered a bread maker contest and wants to enter a gluten free bread, so pretty soon we got to start experimenting.

A couple of years ago, my sister was diagnosed with Celiac Disease, so I started experimenting with Gluten Free Cooking. I like experimenting. Sometimes, it works, sometimes it doesn't. This blog is my way of keeping track of these recipes in addition to scribbling in my cookbooks.
